Introducing F.A.S.T Fit (Flexibility Agility Strength Training)
While we find that it is important to train hard and workout at a high intensity, we also know that it is equally important to have balance, be grounded, and stretch out. We have desinged a martial arts based program that incorporates Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates at our gym that is designed to give any athlete from beginner to advanced a way to have that balance inside and outside of the gym.
This class is not just for stretching, it also works on core strength which is vitally important for anything you do. All fitness levels are welcome. Beginner to advance students alike can benefit from the overall healing benefits of balance, strength and flexibility this type of class provides. Hands on adjustments and modifications are given to ensure you get the most out of your practice
